The SOPRANO-13/17 femtosecond laser is the ideal solution for various multiphoton imaging techniques.

Especially with two wavelength outputs at 1,350 and 1,700 nm as well as pulse durations below 100 fs, it is particularly suitable for multiphoton microscopy (MPM). For example, deep-tissue 3-photon excitation fluorescence imaging (3PEF) of green/red fluorescent protein (GFP/RFP) within the biological transmission windows at 1,350 nm and 1,700 nm using only a single laser source.

SOPRANO has been engineered to meet requirements of industrial and scientific environments and deliver reliable 24/7 operation. Cycle developed it in close cooperation with biomedical experts to provide a unique light source with the best features of complex laser systems at an affordable price.
